Ps2 online games? what are the good ones?

i have socom, gonna get socom2 soon, but whats a good role playing online game for the ps2, something like you can hangout and find a group of people and just go kill stuff, preferably without any monthly fees please

Well, you can't kill anybody in SSX3 or Need For Speed Underground....but they are both awesome online and offline.

Actually I was in best buy the other day, and saw the thing about how fees may apply. I asked a worker there and he said only 2 games didnt charge, those are Everquest and Final Fantasy.

i'd recomend any of the ff series, not that ive played tham all but the ones i have played (5,7,8,9,10) were very good

EQ and FFXI both charge to play last time i checked, youre outta luck i think as long as free RPGs go

i have socom and socom2 and their realy good games, tony hawk underground isnt that great on the internet at all, pretty boring. I thought that everquest was chariging a monthly fee and so was final fantasy?

yeah, I think that is backwards, those are the only 2 that there IS a charge

they dont call it evercrack cuz its free......

the misleading person failed to mention that its free during the time the first card that comes with it has time on it... after that to keep going ya need to buy another gametime card for it.... hence evercrack


now once Grantourismo 4 hits the stores i will finally have a reason to get the o/l adapter

socom is good, moh:rs is pretty alrite, LOTR:ROTK is pretty stupid online, but really good in non-online play...All sports games are good online.
