Guarenteed attendance for AGD tour

I figure this would be a great time to make a thread that just has names and numbers of ppl that will be attending the AGD tour on November 17. If you'd like to just talk about the tour, there is another thread for that, please just give your name and the names of others that will be attending the tour. Figure it's the least we could do to keep things simple for all of those at AGD..
