What exactly is SHBF?
What is the prime setting for this?

It's shot buffering. The prime setting is the lowest you can get without getting bounce.

what it is exactly?
its the setting for how many MS(milliseconds) it will 'remember' a trigger pull after a trigger pull

I "think" it's sets to how often the board will look for a trigger pull. Anywhere from 4 to 100 ms I believe is the setting.

It's the time the gun will wait after the firing cycle has started to look for another trigger pull.

Or it's that. ;) I knew it had something to do with the board looking for a trigger pull.

excuse my ignorance, so does that mean the higher the number the more chance of trigger bounce?

no, if the number is higher, it'll check for a trigger pull LESS
if its at 4, it checks every 4MS, if its at 100, it checks every 100MS
