View Full Version : RT Valve with Crossfire tank?

Will i have any shootdown problems or anything with this combination?

You may have trouble getting the valve pressurized. I had to hold the bolt down with like a popsicle stick, or a nylon stick so that air wouldnt leak out the barrel when I screwed the tank in. From what the guy from AGD said when I called, the valve needs 800 PSI on gasup, if it gets less, it dosnt get pressurized and just leaks down the barrel. So I would have to mess with the tank, screwing it IN, and OUT, and holding down the bolt...ANNOYING! I bought a 68 Flatline! Solved the problem!

What r u talkin about? crosires gas up and put out 850 psi, air shouldnt leak down your barrel

Right at 800. And when screwing the tank in,it dosnt go to the max of 800.

Or just hold the trigger down when you gas it up.... I use my brother's crossfire all the time... no problems here.

It worked fine at first, then started messing up.

I had a crossfire for my rt and too much pressure was coming out causing my gun's trigger to be to reactive causing the trigger to bounce way to fast for the gun to feed even with a warp. since u can not adjust the output pressure on a crossfire it will be hard to properly regulate the triggers reactivity. i had to sell the crossfire and get a AA Raptor
