Can you put a warp feed on a vert feed main body

yes, I just recentley did it to my ULE. I just had to make some very small modifications to the feed plug.

thx what exactly did you have to do

on the plug there was a kind of block that held the screw in and it was to big to fit inside my feed tube, so I just had to dremel it out.
