Hey I just picked up 2 st!ffis and was hoping they fit in the ule body. I know they got the weird attachement around them at the base. I would hope they fit otherwise I'm gonna have to sell them and that makes me a sad panda =(

Tom > I saw on a thread you have a st!ffi. So obviously you're the one to ask. Also whats your take on st!ffi barrels are they up to snuff with your standards or are they just hype. When I opened mine I was like wtf this could be colored/decorated pvc for all I know, was expecting a whole differnt feel then plastic. They feel so... cheap.

1. Yes they fit.
2. Even though they feel like nothing, cheap if you may, as they are so light, i assure you they are extremely durable. I used to slam the barrel against the bulk tanks as hard as i can (not the tip as that is somewhat weaker and if you smashed the hell out of that area with the large porting it will crack) and the barrel just laughed

So if it cracked at what kinda warrenty do they have. I play rough and I'm not sure of the warrenty. Stiffi guy came on a thread at pbn saying its not liftime which people belived it was hence the reason he posted up(one thing that helped me buy it was the liftime which isnt ture apparently .. the re-assurance factor is gone now =( ). Hoepfully its not just 90 days..

Also I see they say dont use a battle swab on the barrel. Why is that ? Is the inside finish that easy to scratch ? I thought it was super durable pfft

Where do they say that? I use swabs and never had a problem, also in most cases if you break the barrel you will probably get a replacement. I imagine site had to crack down a bit just because people go around smashing these things on whatever to show how durable they are :) If you actually break the barrel in the course of play they will take care of you

They will fit if they are cocker threaded.

The Stiffi Barrel WILL fit the ule, no problem. What you are seeing is the aluminum threaded sleeve. It is no larger than any other barrel back, it just looks heavier because the actual launching tube has such a small outside diameter.
