Extremeley hot shot

While at the feild last weekend i was shooting some shots on the feild. I pulled the trgger and it felt very hard-like 3 pounds heavier than normal, when it finally shot it kept going and I could tell it was well above 300fps. The next shot I took was normal along with all the shots with the rest of the day. I know most people will say change the reg seat but that wouldnt account for the hard trigger pull.any ideas

I am not sure but try to oil your gun, I also thought it might be somthing with the on/off......Maybe your regulator seat but that wouldn't account for the hard trigger pull......???????
