im so stupid i was putting in a parts kit and forgot the middle metal piece in the on off valve. now i cant get it out! any suggestions on how to get it out?

use a pin and stick it down in the hole... or you can blow it out

what hole the pin is in it and just blow it out with my mouth or gas up the gun?
