minimag bolt not moving fully forward

The bolt on my minimag is not moving fully forward, and somtimes sticks when I fire it. I have tried cleaning and oiling the gun but it does not help. I'm led to think that it is short stroking because the trigger rod needs adjustment. Could that be the problem, or is it something else?

you might want to try putting in a longer Power Tube spacer, that would solve the bolt stick at anyrate.
