i was in the shower about 25 minutes ago and i was wondering...what is the point of haveing ACE with lvl 10? Isn't that kind of over kill? I think that lvl 10 has done a very nice job, even a good enough job for AGD to trash the ACE before it even came out. so can someone please explain to me if there are any benifits to haveing both of them, or would just haveing lvl 10 be good enough(sounds like it to me)

just my two cents

Lvl10 can still chop once in a while, plus the response time of an ACE is WAY better than the Lvl10 so you can maintain a higher ROF if the ACE lets the gun fire the minute the ball is fully in the breech instead of the lvl 10 going forward, hitting the ball, holding it for a second, then resetting before the next shot. I'll take ACE over Lvl10 any day.

Well last night I was playing indoor and the speed limit was 240 so I had to use the small spring on the lvl 10, if it wasnt for ACE I would have been chopping like mad.

quincymassguy hit it on the head your rate of fire will be less effected if ace doesnt see a ball in the breech rather then lvlx going forward hitting ball and then resetting.

actually, it ups your bps. evr notice, most markers with ace are able to be shot at higher rof with ace on than ace off?

this is because the ace can be more trustworthy then no ace. there fore the rof is upped with ace on

its basically a selling point

it helps in electronic mode, and LX is there in manual mode, in which there is no ACE... so you have two anti-chop mechanisims

ACE is also there for the lazy ones who don't bother to fine-tune their LX kit

It might just be me, I could have a gun with ACE, and anything anti-chop ever made on one gun and still chop.

2 antichop systems are better than 1.

does a halo b count for an anti-chopping device? ;)

Sure does.

I have a Halo, a rogue neck (which is the lowest rise possible which makes the Halo feed faster) and a tuned LvL X. I think an eye is worthless. It may come in handy if you use a revy and have the 3.2 software, other than that it's pointless. I also shoot very fast, when I got my 3.2 software I was accused of having a timmy and debounce 1, when I showed them my ULE E-Mag they all stared and go "what the hell is that!??" , lol

They they all wanted to shoot it... :D
