actually it is a smart move.

Dragun is an up and coming company and is doing very well.

Just because Dragun doesn't appeal to tourny players doesn't make it a bad move. They are pooling their resources, thus allowing for increased development and production.

Hmmmmm, maybe we will see some new products soon:) With a plant in Taiwan, maybe the prices will be reasonable.

almost nothing is made in the US anymore.

I dont see you complaining about the lack of quality in just about every other product.

anyone find it ironic that a halo cost more than some dragun markers? or that they still cant spell dragun?

gtrsi, lol. so true.

but i got one. i find it ironic that people don't realize foreign cars are made HERE. (good old usa)

i can't see how you can make such a statement that almost nothing is manufactured in the us anymore. remember there is a world outside your zip code. i could list everthing produced in the us, but it's really not worth my time.

i don't complain about quality too much. why you ask? cause i own a viking.

I find it stupid you are dissing on products made in asia. I don't complain about how crappy modern american cars are compared to asian cars. It's stupid how you sit there saying stuff made in asia is crappier than US made stuff when a lot of asian stuff kicks the hell out of anything US made. Don't diss on products just because they're "made in Japan" or "made in China" or "made in Taiwan"...

Different Asian countries have different stereo types...

like made in Korea, China, Thailand... etc you don't really think about quality...

But then you see made in Japan, and you think "cool the good stuff!"

Paintball really is becoming big business.... kinda sad

Why, exactly, is that sad? I can think of dozens more reasons why it's a good thing than a bad thing.

Anyway, it'll be interesting to see what new products they come up with. I'm sure we can look forawrd to the Halo "specifically designed for operation on the XXX Dragun marker!" and so on.

Ha ha. Good for them!

There isn't much point owning anything past one of their ACE markers with a Halo, anyway.*
