DONT USE LOCTITE!!!
use teflon and be careful, a small layer on the threads only will seal up the fittings

No problem with using loctite, as long as you use the right one. Certain types of loctite wont come of with anything less than a sledgehammer. I use loctite with no trouble whatsoever, but I'm afraid I cant remember the number of it. The one I use should be left alone about an hour after applying.

Its blue loctite 242 you want to use, stuff comes off with hand tools easily.

I use it on everything from setscrews to air fittings.

yep locktite 242 is what i use also but you will have no probs with teflon tape either.

Loctite is a brand, not just two thread locking products.

They also have thread sealing products. Loctite 545 and 592 which BlackVCG highly recommends over teflon tape.

egg feels good and I got the bounce to stop anone know any ways to make the gun more air efficent? I probably spent near 15 bucks on fills then again i did shoot about 3,000 balls.. it like a week for it to get here I ordred it last wednesday came here this wedneseday but no one was home when the ups dude came so i had to wait til thursday for him try and drop it off again. wow that was a big runon sentence. I used it today and man this thing is sweet I had a problems where i pulled the trigger and it wouldn't shoot like id be shooting then id pop behind my bunker pop out and nothing happened when i pulled this was on e-mode then I switched it to mechanical shot once put it back to e-mode and it worked

Not really, best you can do is put the shortest bolt spring in and turn the ACE on.Won't get you much more, but some.

Check the following:
1. ACE setting. Sometimes the ACE will not see a ball and refuse to fire in E-Mode. Search for the directions on adjusting the ACE and try that.

2. The Mode switch. I find that sometimes the Mode switch will end up between E-Mode and another mode. Ususally it's pointing to 7 o'clock or 4'oclock. This will prevent the gun from firing because it restricts the trigger from moving back far enough to trip the HES or the trigger rod.

Good Luck ~ Dave

oh and if anyone asks you the tank cover isnt upside down....

yes it is, that thick ridge-y bit is to stop you damaging the bottom of the bottle. Unless your bottle is wound out a little, you have it on upside down and an immediate twisting motion is required to correct this horrendous crime...

twist like the wind my friend.....twist...
