Thinkin of a new GREEN barrel

ok well just as the subject says. Lookin For A decent green barrel any ideal? right now i dont play in tourneys and i dont make much since the gov likes to take my money lol. But I do want a decent barrel. Dont really like smart parts since i heard they screwed AGD.
