emag is fast right out of the box. it does have an adjustable trigger, and ive found (from messing around my friends) that if you make the trigger as short as it can go and put in all the magnets (i think four), then you trigger is really snappy and crisp. hard to walk but extremely fast. theres not many other things you can do to speed up an electro marker, especially the emag.

It will NEVER be at its best with ALL the magnets in. You NEED to take MOST of them out. I like it with 1 magnet...up real high.:D :o :D

I agree with Tunaman... I've got it at one magnet with one or two little orings in there. It is nice and light, but no so light I bump it and it goes off. I hate that.

Same here on the trigger,1 Mag sits about flush w/ the top of the body.

There are a few minor things I do,but wouldn't suggest them to anyone else.

i have done 4 things to my x-mag which make it faster

3.2 software
TL63 blade trigger
1 o-ring and 1 magnet
and i removed the trigger rod

so how does removing the trigger rod make it faster? I take it you only use E-mode then!

yeah, i only use e-mode

and the trigger rod was mainly a safety precation because it was hitting the TL63 when it fired, causing the setscrew to hit the top of the trigger frame, in which people have encountered problems with cracking the trigger frame where the return magnets are placed

but technically it would be faster if the software would allow it, becuase the solenoid has less mass to pull... only a gram or two... but still :p

ahhh, makes sense! I use my mech mode sometimes for troubleshooting though.

i'm gonna pick up either a FireBlade or LT3 blade eventually so i can keep mech mode
