Today, while trying to take my drop off my I-frame, I broke off the screw heads, from the alen heads, clean off. My problem is, my drop is off, but now I am left with two screw stems sticking off the bottom of my frame. How to I get them out?
Thank you.
Tony

Also to add, the treads are loctited so it is not going to be an easy screw out.

You could take a dremel and some cut off wheels and make notches in the end of the screw for some flathead screwdrivers, you could try and take a wrench to it or something.. dunno.

Know anybody with an Arc Welder? You could get them to weld on a couple of nuts and then just use a wrench to get them off. You could probably do the same type of thing with JB Weld or other epoxy.

Vise Grip on the threads.

Cut a slot in the top with a Dremmel or hacksaw.
You may want to heat the frame with a lighter or candle to soften up the Loctite first.

You could try to clamp a pair of vice grips on and maybe unscrew it like that or I would save this one for last if all else fails you could cut the screws off with a hacksaw and then drill all the way through the frame your only downfall to this would be after you put the other screws in for your other bl you would have to take you grips off and put some nuts on the screws and then tighten you bl.

If you dont got all them tools stated above, Heres what you can try. Heat up the screws real good with a hair dryer and take a cannel lock wrench( http://www.maxtool.com/images/ch5022-a.gif ) And try to un screw them. Heating them will make the loctited screws alot easier to take out.

PM me if you need any more help..I will gladly help you out with other suggestions.
