Nothing special, I've had a few w/o even knowing it was anything special. It just has the air input on the other side of the valve. When you're holding the gun up to shoot it's on the left side instead of the right.

its a regular mag valve which has the air inlet on the right side instead of the left.

It's a valve with the air port on the left side,basically a "lefty" but often prefered over the standard "righty".
