So I'm looking at replacing my stolen guns from Belsales, only to find out not only do they not offer splash annodizing standard anymore, they won't do it at all even for extra $$. So what happened? I'm not real big on fades, but think splash anno can look great (like the old westwoods and evolutions). I guess that trend fell off in the late 1990's. I wonder if its because fades are a lot easier to do. Now the reverse fade with splash might just be the best of both worlds...

What do you guys prefer?

Bluntly putting it...

Splash anno or Acid wash.. or solid black

Why? Fades come on every damn gun nowadays and IM getting sick of it.. is getting lame..

Ill vote when she is working hehe

I got a splash ano fade mix ;) PK Selective did a great job for me and they still offer the full range of ano work. You can see my Classic RT on my site:

the color does not show up perfect but it;s a black-->pewter-->gray/blue reversefade with sliver-->black splash like the first E Mags had.

It all depends on the milling and color.

For example, a solid bronze/gold color looks awesome!

Reverse fade/splashes looks super as well.

Fades can be nice, but they have to be real fades - not just a two color dip-fade.
