Rubber covered steel braided hose

I have seen photos on this forum of mags with a colored rubber cover on steel braided hoses. Where do you get these hoses? :confused: :eek: :eek: :confused:

It's called heatshrink tubing. It's platic that covers the hoses, you have to melt it on to the hose. People use it for good looks and to make sure they dont scratch their gun.

Cheaper way is to wrap electrical tape around the braided hose. Same effect, stops scratches and you can get it in colors.

You should be able to find it wiring or electronics stores.

radio shack, heat shrink wire tubing, black red blue..bring the ss with you so that you get some that is large enough to fit over the fittings.
I'd get it from the dealer section here on the forum though, because it is better..longer pieces, different colors, and cool logos on some.
