Not a good thing to get on people's bad sides your first few posts. Also, it was your choice to buy direct. If you didn't want to pay that much, you didn't have to buy from them. You could have gone to another place that sold AGD products and did some research first. It wouldn't hurt to establish some legitimate facts on why a Tippmann shoots better then your mag. Please don't come on here and post, my mag is a pos, it's the worst gun I've ever shot! without having some logic or reasoning behind it.

Come on guys, instead of flaming him be nice and give him a chance. You catch more bees with honey than with...uh...flames? Becides as Rope a Dope implyed his mommy dosen't love him, thus screwed him up as a kid, which also affected his attitude. None of this his his fault, its his mom's.

Actualy that was my poor attempt at a personal "jab". I actualy think he is an only child or had older siblings and had to compeat for the love/attention from his parent(s) thus the aggressive "alpha" attitude. Although he may also be the eldest, and perhaps was the bossy older sibling, or maby one of his younger siblings was smarter/more tallented than him so he had to be aggressive in his presute for love/attention.

Actually your lack of friends may have more to do with you attitude. I already warned you in one of your very first posts about flaming and cursing. You starting off on the wrong foot. If you just came here to make trouble then don't bother reading the rest of my message because as it is a geniune attempt to help. If you really want help, then here it is.

I posted a reply to your last thread but I don't know if you saw it so here goes again.

If you marker has 3 stars on it, send it to AGD and let them fix it. I promise you it will be better than you will ever make your Tippy. I am not knocking Tippmann. My first marker was a 98 Custom and I played with it for about a year. It was great for what it is which is an entry level marker.

My second marker was a 68 Classic Mag. I got it used and had all kinds of trouble with it. The previouse owner had not maintained it very well and I didn't understand how easy they are to fix. Finally I got someone who knew about mags to look at it. He took the whole thing apart and replaced a couple of bad o-rings. After that it worked great. I sold it 2 months ago for $200.00 and bought a new ULE RT Pro.

The point is, the only thing that goes wrong with mags, for the most part are bad o-rings and other simple stuff. You just need to figure out how to deal with it or get someone who knows how to to look at it. If it still has 3 stars, send it to AGD and they will take care of you. Their customer service is excellent.

I think it would be a huge mistake to get rid of it without at least having them fix it since they will do it for FREE!

that mag LOOKS like it's in decent condition. bedspread, if I were you, I'd go with phil's suggestion: send it to him and get him to get it working and shooting ropes for free. Then I think you'll find yourself enjoying the mag far more than your m98. ;)


I recently had problems with my blazer that I couldn't figure out. So, what I did was send it to those who knew my gun (in my case it was PPS themselves) for them to fix it. Turned out to be a reg problem due to user error. In your case, who knows what the problem is or who it was caused by. Fact of the matter is that it's not misbehaving out of design but out of a gun malfunction. It can be fixed. If someone offers to do fix it for free, then take them up on it ;).

Bedspread, stop making excuses for yourself. If your valve still have its warranty stars, you can send it to AGD to get it fixed and tuned for free. If not send it to cphilip and have him get it fixed for free. I seriously doubt that a forum's own moderator is going to rip you off.

i paid more for this mag than i did for my tippy,and it was trash when i got it .i even took it back to the place where i bought it (paintball supplies in stockbridge ga don't go there) that guy in there took it all apart said it musta been me short stroking the mag .
i go home put air to it and it was worse than before,so i threw it in the gear bag and played with the the tippy from then on

If it's leaking out the back, it's due to your improper care. Run some oil through it once and a while and it won't leak, most likely.

Shooting problems could very well be you chuffing it and if you don't have a Lvl 10, then you'll be screwed.

Bedspread has two very positive options in CPhillip and AGD working on his marker for free, and going on and on is only fueling his pathetic ego... I agree with Warped1 and say let this thread die.

Bedspread, AO is a place to discuss issues and a place where you can voice a negative opinion and not be flamed too badly unlike most forums. I have no financial or personal ties to CPhillip, AGD, or anyone here really, and I've opposed AGD on many issues but got to intelligently discuss it with people like CPhillip and only received critical feedback when I was out of line in the first place. And I don't even shoot a Mag anymore but enjoy spending time here for the (mostly) intelligent postings. However, with AOs recent widespread popularity for this same reason, alot of immature and rude people have migrated over from PBN and sadly enough you are in their ranks, just another fool thinking he's somebody because he's getting attention by being a moron. You're dime a dozen and will soon find no one here will care what you have to say and if you raise the stakes by being more of a jerk, you'll be banned. Simple as that. Take Cphillips offer, at worst he will tell you exactly what parts are faulty and what he can do to replace them. But any non highend gun that has a ball halfway in the breech when it fires will chop. Period. The mag is the easiest to maintain and I think you just haven't tried. Good luck, and if you continue like you have, goodbye.

bedspread, I'm going to assume that came to AO because you truly want to get your mag working properly, not just to whine and flame. (let's hope that's correct). In that case, you have many options - sending it to CPhillip or to AGD. Personally, I hope that you take the offer from GA Devil to meet up with him, and maybe you can get a quick lesson in care and troubleshooting. As has been said before, most problems are simply o-rings, cleaning and oil...simple stuff. My boyfriend showed me around one once, and from there on, I have been taking care of two of them pretty much on my own.

And if you're going to be civil about it, let us know how it works out.

1) ok i know whats wrong with the gun its some pin and o-ring combo in the reg according to punkncat.the problem is money after i pay to send it out to agd pay for parts then pay to get it back here it will cost as much as i paid for it.thats not what im about i like the free or almost free.
