how does everyone get the American flag

it seems like every one has one of the American flags with a black strip as part of there signature, I know it is not much but I think I shoud do as much as i can for my county so could someone please tell me how to put those in your signature

go to user CP and edit yor sig. Put this in it:

(remove the "remove this" including quotes)

Well, you go to the store, argue with the clerk for 20 minutes, find out they dont have any, then do the same thing at every other store in town, and finally wind up stealing one from the courthouse lawn- lol, joking.:D :cool: :p
