I was just trying to make sure that when air is leaking out of the tip, the hole that you put an allen wrench to ajust the pressure, it means you o-ring needs replacing.

Can any one Email me a manual for this thing? Center flag 201

Generally a leak through the top of the adjustment nut means that your reg. seat is bad and/or dirty OR you have the output pressure set too high. If you have any questions give us a call at CenterFlag.

i got a centerflag 200 and i was having the same problem i tryed evrything even replaced all of the internals and wut i have come up with is that the reg should only b rated at 750psi output cuz anything over that and it leaks like the same as yours so i would try and turn it down some

I got it to stop leaking and had had it running at 1100psi. It was a bad seat. If you take apart the core of the reg there is a small black peice of rubber looking stuff. If you disturb it you have to flip it so the smooth side is down. If both sides are marked with a small circle call Centerflag for a replacement.
