well its ok but not as fun as i thought. the guns are way better and the levels and gameplay are to but it has alt of glitches on the online thing though

do you have to pay a monthly fee(other than the cable/dsl fee)to play either Socoms?

nope free. when you start playing online you have to jest make a name a password and gender. and your ready to play. on other online games u must be over 13. but i think everyone on ao is eather 13 or over it.
