i just ordered a ule blue emag from my local shop and asked the price and he is quoting me $999.99
is that good or bad?

Right at what you would pay for an emag and a ULE a body. Thats a fair price.

all new emags come with level 10 right?
and what valve are they coming with.
and what software will it come with?

It will have the level 10
It will have an Emax, or the equivalent of an X valve
I believe 3.2 software.

Exactly the point on why i tell people to buy local when they are like i can get it 20$ cheaper off the net and i am like yeah then you pay shipping and its just better to have a someone local!:)

Understood, but not only are you going to save by ordering from Tuna, It will come completely set up and tuned to perfection!

You don't buy a Ferrari from a Ford dealer do you?;)

i wouldnt buy either piece of junk(i like lambos more)
but point taken.
well i've been wanting to get ahold of tuna through aim
but seems he isnt on. and maybe my local shop can order it through tuna and i buy it from him and still help him out.

Email him.

That is the best way to get him and he responds pretty darn fast. I just bought a ULE rail and X- Valve from Tuna! Best deals in town!!:D
