View Full Version : Aerial view of NJ's PB fields

This is what happens when you don't keep your employee's busy.

Boredom set in at work today as usual, until I received news of the new and improved GIS aerial photography for the state of NJ. Re-flown in 2002, they now have a better resolution!! (1’/pixel vs. 1m/pixel)
Yes, this is exciting stuff for us engineer types :)


Anyways, I decided to chase down some of the Fields I've played.

First off is "On Target" in Pemberton, NJ
So far this is the largest/ best field I've been to.

Next is Piccaso Lake in Winslow, NJ
This is the first place I played organized PB back in 92 and its still the best in SJ for Woodsball IMHO

Paintball Invasion, also in Winslow NJ
This Pic was taken before they had outdoor fields setup so its basically just a pic of the top of the "indoor" building.

Manhunt Paintball, Atco NJ
Well, I don't think they were in business when this was taken. So heres a nice pic of the track :)
The fields are now located on the southwesterly corner of this pic.

Haven't had a chance to play here but have heard good reviews

Tracking down the other fields mentioned will take some time. I hope they were in business in 2002 otherwise were out of luck.

Yeah they don't look like much until you read the description. Hopefully I can find more recent fly-bys for some of the newer fields.

Piccaso lake is horrible. I wish they would permenantly close it down. It is where I first started playing in NJ though, I started back around 93 or so with my VM and then my mag.

Yeah it is. A while back they went to FPO for a while because some dill hole brought frozen PBs there to hurt people.

That place stinks!!!!!!!!!

Picasso is really bad. I hate that place.

Invasion is the place to be!

I should be able to go, not to sure tho. I have court the 24th and depending on what my fine is, it could drain my bank account

Use to be a member of the target range years ago, played PB here in 94-95 (I think)
