View Full Version : Interesting E-Mag trigger rod/trigger question

I've noticed that I can fire my E-Mag (E-mode) much faster when the gun isn't gassed up than I can when it is.

I was trying to figure out way this is and this is what I've come up with:

My trigger is set to fire at the very end of its stroke with very little forward motion needed to reset the sensor. Now when the gun is de-gassed the trigger rod moves back out of the way with the first pull and stays there.

When I gas up the gun, the rod comes forward and the trigger hits is during the stroke. Not enough to set the gun off but it is interfering with the stroke.

My idea is to remove the trigger rod entirely. I never play in manual mode anyway. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there something I'm overlooking that I'm going to slap my forehead over?

Either your trigger rod or your trigger stroke is too long. The trigger rod should not hit the back of the trigger in e-mode.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

I've never messed with the rod so I guess it's the way I set up the trigger.

It's kind of embarrassing the way I can rip the trigger in the staging area then slow way down when it comes time to show my stuff on the actual field. :o :D
