the DYE 88 fits my 91/45, with some effort of course.
go with the dye, they are very well made

get a stretchy redz neoprene cover for an 88, so you can stretch it a little bit over the 91ci

but if you wanna try, get the 88 DYE one, but let me warn you... they're alot less forgiving

i usually have a hard time getting the zipper all the way closed on my 88

I think you have to skin a Watermellon.

a 68/4500 Dye cover will actually stretch and fit a 92cu crossfire tank quite nicely.

personally, i would get the smart parts tank armor. the stuff is SUPER strong and allows you to see the hydro date through the cover.

here is a link to them at pbgear.com, you can call smart parts and get one for your size tank http://www.actvil.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/eCS/Store/en/-/USD/BrowseCatalog-Start;sid=4F3Wn7_SqFj1nf-OV4Hkmat-rExl9DL1Wz0=?CatalogCategoryID=A2KsFAY7Y%2esAAAD3N d%2elA_2r

I have the same tank, 92/4500 crossfire. The Rase 88 fits it like a glove.

I might try the watermellon idea.

I have a 90/4500 nitroduck tuffskin (stubby) that I put a Dye 88 cover on. A little snug at first, but it stretches just fine. Covers are a preferance thing, I like the dye covers because of the zipper, extra padding in the right spots, and rubber on the end.

Dimensions of my tank:
14.5in circumfrence = about 4-4.5in diameter
length: bottle 9.5in
length: bottle with reg: 12.75in

hope that helps
