There is an O-ring in the female half of a QD, did you check to see yours is there and in good shape?

Get them at your local hardware store to save a bunch of $$, otherwise PBgear carries them: HERE (http://www.actvil.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/eCS/Store/en/-/USD/DisplayProductInformation-Start;sid=Helw6KN3VeyjdeMpQFlC7rfbUfjDgy5Qpok=?Pro ductID=pgasFAY7mPYAAAD48azkrFs5)

Just look in the plumbing section at all the orings.
I believe the size is : 1/4" ID and 1/16" W. Dash No. 010
I think the mag powertube oring is basically the same size.
