Welcome to AO. I guess you need to give it to an airsmith or machine shop to get it fixed

dosent sound like a big problem, your local shop can probably handle it for less than shipping costs.

What set screw are you talking about? do you have a aftermarket adjuster with a tourney lock? If not, there is no set screws involved in velocity adjustment for mags. The adjuster is a large, stainless, threaded piece that screws into the valve using a 1/8th inch allen wrench.

A picture is here: http://store.airgun.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=catalog.prodInfo&productID=35&categoryID=18

A tourney lock (aftermarket peice) is located here: http://www.actvil.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/eCS/Store/en/-/USD/DisplayProductInformation-Start;sid=fXl0mXOGQXy82TPk07tGn2cqu1xycv6hxhk=?Pro ductID=wRCsFAY7cZ8AAAD3QdylA_2s

If you broke a set screw in the tourney lock, you can just remove the adjuster and use the regular AGD adjusting screw to adjust your velocity up or down.

If I am way off base here as to what you are talking about please let me know, but we need better information to help you out.
