I'm looking to finally order my AO jersey, but I've got some quandries about what I should have put on it. Specifically the nickname.

What did all you folks put for your "nickname" on your jerseys?

I would put my AO name, but the first part of my AO name is also my real name. Might look a little...odd?

It wont look odd just put your AO name on it so everyone will know who you are when you go to meets and all that.

Why not 'The Village Idiot'? :p

I'd go with a nickname, they work better. I've played on a team that had two Matts, and a few Andys before.

If someone yells out to me, "Hey, Dryden!" I'm more inclined to tune-in than if they said, "Hey, Rich!"

I've been deciding the same thing myself.

If you play with alot of AO'ers,the nick would be cool,if you don't then I'm not so sure.

I keep thinking about those HAM radio guys you see driving around sometimes with thier call sign printed on thier car somewhere and I can't help thinking LOOooser.:)

I'm leading towards just my name on the back and maybe the nick on the sleeve or something.

Rob "robdamanII"

Doesn't sound...good. I dunno. Hate my bloody name...

I may just use my full first name and then my nickname as well.

I thought about breaking up the AO name, but nah. I use this name on a lot of forums, so I might as well keep it together.

see, i split it up, and i like it... i split the numbers up tho.. so instead of magman007 then some other number... here is what i did.

Hmm, never noticed that one before.

In that case, I may go that route.
