I just got a new tank and omg  My rt was railing. I pull the trigger about halfway and it goes fast. So obviously I'm happy, but I took it to a tournament and they said it was "full auto" so couldn't use it. I'm not a rec. baller so this makes my mag an $800 paperweight. :( I have the retro valve with a level ten and an intelaframe. Is there anyway to slow the rt down. Oh yah, every now and then it will fire when I release the trigger.

Lower the input pressure if you have an adjustable tank. Otherwise you could get the ULT. I just have to say that I love mine =)

What kind of rail is the gun on? Is it a classic or RT Pro rail? Cuz this will affect the on/off pin length. My guess is that you don't have the correct length in the valve.

Did you buy the valve new or used?

Yes, check the on/off pin length, and also tighten your field strip screw up with a wrench. My friends RT Pro does that when the field strip screw isnt fully tightened. It is pretty cool though. :D

I have the roguerail, and a pmi pureenergy tank(68/5000psi) preset at 800 or 850psi output pressure. I'll have to tightening that screw, cause I remember that effecting the classic valve. I thought the ULT did'nt work withthe retrovalve. I was going to buy the X-valve but I don't want to buy anything else if I can't use it.

You might be able to use the ULT. Take out the on/off assembly, and look into the hole. If you see two orings, one inside the other, the ULT fits. If you only see one, you have to mill it out to be able to install the ult.

Ok, I messured the on/off pin at 0.726in. and it is a single o-ring. Is there a longer pin or is that standard?

It should be .765 with the RT Rail.;)

Cool. That might explane the fully auto. How do I get a new pin? I tryed looking at the retro parts of AGD but they didn't specify the length.

You'd want the one associated with the RT Pro.

I thought standard size that was coming wiht x-valves now is .750. Other than buying a longer pin, there sin't much else you can do. Except live with it, and don't let anyone else touch your gun, then nobody will know but you. :D

The ref. pulled me after the game and askedto see my mag. because it sounds fullauto, and after shooting it decided it was. I tryed arguing with him, saying that it was mechanical and showed him that it only shoots one ball per trigger pull, but he said that it is still bouncing and therefore illegal.:( He's a pretty influential ref. so I doubt that I'll be able to use it in a tournament again.
