Is the Hyperframe Torney Legal?

I was interested in knowing if the Hyperframe is torney legal or not? Because I have one and I was wondering if it was or not.

The Hyperframe as a torney swicth. I have to take the grip off and flip a switch

I have one too and It does have a button on the side of the lcd under the grip. You would have to check with the event promoter/producer to see if it meets there requirments.
