Ok, so I have some money in a paypal account that would take too much effort to get out and sent to me, so Im thinking I need a digital camera.

We are not discussing cars, paitnball, or guns so I know nothing about them

Im looking for a good, user friendly one in teh $200 to $300 range - nothing too great for resoltuion or anything just a good midrange camera.

So... links to the right one on e-bay would be appreciated, or any other advise I might get :D

i have a Canon Digital Elph (http://www.powershot.com/powershot2/s400/) i like it alot.
it made it a year in the sand and still works after banging around in my lbe for a couple months and then just being generally abused the rest of the time. its a little bigger than a pack of cigs but not much. It feels nice and solid. and has an internal rechargeable battery, couldnt tell you how many pictures i got from one recharge, i spent a lot of time looking at the pictures on it. the MSRP on the 4.0 is $350, but if you look around im sure you could find it cheaper.
