KC Trouble Free. It's an all synthetic oil. Dow is good grease, but Mags need oil.

Best price I've found for it online is here:

$4.99 for a 1oz bottle. I went slightly crazy and ordered 8 bottles. Won't need any oil for a long time...

I use pure sillicone, or ATF.

Marvel Mystery Oil is petroleum based, so it will (over time) damage orings.

I use silicone oil labeled and resold for more than it's worth by PMI.

I spray everything down with a 10 oz bottle of silicone spray. $4.29, you can buy it at any harware store. It's extreamy slippery, I always get some on my floor, and if you wearing socks, the spot on the floor is as slippery as ice for some time. Of corse you also need oil to drop into the regulator.
