MicroMags and MicroE-Mags are Automags that have been styled by ProTeam Products (http://www.proteamdirect.com/proteam/painmar.html).

Looks like they still make the MicroE-Mags but the MircoMag appears discontinued. There are some differnces but the marker is largely the same as an Automag and is covered by AGD.

Z-Mans mostly right. The only thing *officialy* covered by AGD on the micromag is the valve, and probably the electronics and such on the micro-e. Im not sure if the micromag is discontinued, but since Emags are discontinued through AGD, it would stand to reason that Micro-E's are too

Well this is not my area of expertise so I won't argue that. But from looking at PTPs site, you can still buy a Micro E-Mag so if they are discontinued PTP still has new ones floating around.

I have an older MicroMag, I've always liked the looks of the older.
I'm not keen on the wavy milling on the sides of the current model.
The big thing with the Micro was that it had cocker threads, was a lot more compact than the Stainless Steel bodies offered at the time, plus looked killer with all the different splash and acid wash anno jobs available.
Now with the introduction of the ULE bodies it's not as special.
Although I think their still way to sweet.

Ive made my micro mag virtually into a mag pistol, with a 6" BE samurai barrel, 3.5oz tank, 45rnd hopper. Its the smallest I could make it without having to break out the 10rnd tubes and a 12gram adapter

click here for pic (http://img36.photobucket.com/albums/v109/paintballin_azza/Project%20markers/Mag_pistol.jpg)
