Black Ice Reg's Psi?!?

I was wondering what is the lowest I could get my Black Ice Reg to regulate c02 to, like if I turned it like all the way down. Does anybody know?

Black Ice Regs are NOT made to be used with Co2. Get a Palmers Stabilizer if you want to regulate Co2.
