my friend is talking about how the guy at the shop said he haad to adjust the regulator on his xvalve so it wouldnt be reactive or something

he said the valve is factory set to 650 psi

now ive never heard of adjusting the regulator on a valve, but i have heard that the operationg pressure is 300-400 and not 650

my friend has a mech rtp and he swears that he has the strongest fingers and he can get 18 rps on his rtp

sorry for the dumb question

ummm if you adjust the input pressure on an xvalve you can adjust the reactivity... this requires that you have an adjustable tank. "normal" psi range for a mag would be an input of around 800 - 900 psi, I think. dropping the input to about 650 psi would result in a less reactive trigger. I think someone just said not too long ago that they ran their xvalve with an input of around 650 psi, so it should be possible... anyway, I hope thats what you were looking for, if not be a little more clear when asking questions.

thank you, this is all i needed to know to prove him wrong

wait also, when a level 10 bolt bounces off of a paintball, does it spit it out, or just let the ball drop all the way and then fire it the next shot

thanks

1) 600-700psi minimum op pressure and min reactivity
800-850psi for normal Mag Operation and 'legel' reactivity
900-1000psi for Max R/T reactivity and bounce

2) The bolt vents the valve pressure allowing it to reset and the ball to continue to drop in.
