i put fresh batts. in it before i left.

I know it spins cause when i turned it on it spins.Plus when it does spin, the l.e.d comes on,and it never came on.

LED? you have a modified warp. Who did the mod? there might be a electrical problem in addition to the ones above.

Does the white button make it spin?

Is it an AGD or PTP warp feed? An AGD will have a sensor:

If it does have a sensor, you need to see if has the warp contact springs:

If it does not have a sensor, you'll need the external sensor available from PTP:

Does it have a 12v mod?

I got mine used, and the guy before had done a 12v mod. Problem was, he didn't put some capacitors in-line with the mod, and it refused to spin on fresh batteries. Older batteries it would spin fine. For now, I've put it back to 9v stock, and it works great.

there is a jumper in the warp that enables the sensor.. I do not know which one it is off hand and I am at work so I can not help right now but you need to have this jumper in to make the warp spin unless you intelifeed it.
