Guys,

You have all been wanting to know exactly how to hook the Intelliframe to the Rev. Here is what we have so far in the picture story. This is not complete with text descriptions but we just wanted to get the pics up here and get your feedback. We are interested to know if this level of detail is too much, just right or not enough.

Thanks

AGD

I think this should be a classic so we don't have to search for it once we have a rev and intelliframe. now all i need is a 12v revolution:)

Otis
10-01-2001, 05:56 PM
i just ripped apart my revy .. played aroudn with sum wires and tryed it out.. .. in stead of cutting the red wire though i took the bottom plate off my revy and attached it under there.. that way i didn't have to worry about altering any part of the stock revy so it is all fixable..

Looks great.

The only thing is it isn't very clear if you're cutting the red wire or just removing some insulation. You can tell from the next picture but its always better not to have people complain to you when they screw up their stuff :)

Great detail, no need for words! Also like the custom form revo for warp hose. How did you do that?

Tom how about one for the E-mag to hopper power on the revo/T-rev. That would be great!! Thanks Hills

Wow, that was great. Definitely should go in the historic forum.

One question - where do you split the signal if you are hooking up a revvy AND a warp?

AWESOME job TOM! I won't even use this mod, since I'm getting an E-mag, but I went through the whole thing, just because it was so good! Top quality, great job.

Hey Webbie or someone who has time (I have classes real soon), maybe try putting all the images together, or grouping them together on larger pictures?
That way this can be distributed more easily.
..Or group them to make a printer friendly version, so people can just print it out and not have to come to this website when they're doing it?

Tom,

Great job. Detail is sufficient enough to let anyone make this mod. I would like to suggest you take this to the next level. Add the appropriate words and create a PDF document, then add this to the AGD website and make it available for download under the manuals section. Of course I would like to see the same thing for the Intelliframe to Warp mod as well.

This may be a dumb question, but where does everyone put the wire that is loose after connecting the hopper to the gun(the male->female headphone jacks)? Tape it to the gun? Let it hang?

I don't like the idea of having an exposed microswitch P-M. I good hit could take it off or make it not work.

Question: when you do this mod, does the revy still spin when there is not a ball in the way?

i want it so that the revy ONLY spins when the trigger is pulled. i dont ever want it to spin if the trigger isnt pulled.

Otis
10-14-2001, 05:19 PM
yeah it still spins when there is not a ball in the way

Hey can some one tell me how to hook it up to a ricochet and a halo.

MagDog68
10-16-2001, 05:18 PM
Well all you have to do to keep it from spinning is cover the sensors. Then it "thinks" there is a ball in the tube, even if there isn't.

Otis
10-16-2001, 05:20 PM
or u could just unplug the eye all together. i thik i'll still work.

ChrisRT
10-18-2001, 05:26 PM
I cannot get mine to work, why why why, my rt pro chops a lot of balls now my inellifeed won't work dammit, i set it up perfectly and when it is apart it works fine but as soon as i put breech on my revvy just keep spinning???

Help out a newbie...

Do you have to get the intelliframe to do this modification?

What is so good about the intelliframe?

What is the difference between the flatback and regualar inteliframe?

And how exactly is that radioshack switch thing go to trigger the revy when you pull the trigger?

Shaft
10-22-2001, 09:05 PM
I just hooked up my intellifeed. I noticed that there is a lot of play in the mounting holes for the switch. Enough to keep it from working right.
If the Revvy keeps spinning:
Loosen the mounting nuts for the switch.
Push the body of the switch down away from the valve and retighten the screws.
The switch should click when you pull the trigger. If it doesn't, this adjustment will be needed.

MoserMan
10-22-2001, 11:54 PM
Anyone have a quick response to the above question?

Shaft
10-23-2001, 09:27 AM
Moser,

1. The intelliframe is designed for this modification. Do you need the intelliframe for this? Depends on how creative you are, really.

2. The intelliframe enables a mechanical trigger to have intellifeed capability. It's also a double trigger frame that is made to AGD specifications. The trigger throw is short and the frame is well made.

3. The finish. Glossy or not.

4. I don't know exactly. I've never looked that carefully into it.

Dragoon
10-23-2001, 01:43 PM
Has anybody in Canada tried to do this yet?
I just received my intelliframe, but the RadioShack part numbers in Canada are different. According to their website they don't even carry the roller switch (just a non-roller version).

Any help finding these parts would be appreciated.

Douglas.

I don't know about the Halo but you don't need to hook up the intelliframe to the ricochet. It has a switch in the feed neck that activates as each ball passes through the neck. Take a look you see what I'm talking about.
