Board Flashing?

Is AGD the only ones that can flash my board and if I send it to them (after getting an approval) how long does it take to get it back?

There are several AGD dealers who can do it for you. Length of time depends mostly on the mail, cause I was told if they aren't too busy, they send it out the same day it arrives to them.
