Well this isnt a problem I have ever encountered, so I figured I would post

Everything is maybe 3 weeks old!
Setup:
dynaflow (650-800psi)
RTP with am/mm rail and sear (xvalved)
LVL X with .5 or 1.0 carrier, cant remember which
ULT used with as many as 6 and as little as 4 shims
barrel .695.
There is a pic of the whole rig in my sig.

Problem:
Serious shootdown if I shoot more than 2bps. First shot is spot on, second drops about 80fps, 3rd about 50. at about 4 bps it will run around the high 100's.

I have an idea what it might be, however I want to see what AO says. I am trying to get a set of "fresh eyes" on the problem.

do an internal cleaning of your valve... sometimes a rogue piece of loctite or more likely teflon tape/paint shell/ dirt go in teh valve.... things like that throw off all the seals and lead to big velocity issues... clean and oil... good luck

I had the same issue with my X-valve. I had a WGP 70/45 running it, then i switched it to a 68/45 crossfire and low and behold the problem disappeared. So my suggestion is that if you haven't already, try using a different tank because the reg on the tank may not be "recharging" fast enough to keep up with the valve. There my $.02.

mine did the same thing, my shop gave me micro line instead of macro. i switched the lines and it was fine.
