Do most people use elbows with it?

unless Im reading this wrong, why would you need an elbow with a centerfeed body?

no there is a feedcup for the hopper neck to sit right in, it is pointless.

they make, or used to make centerfeed elbow type things, sometimes the hopper would not fit on the centerfeed and you would need an "elbow" too put it on. they weren't literally elbows, but they served a similar purpose. so he might not be a total noob after all

Only hardcore ballers use elbows on vertical feed guns.

i dont remember the old centerfeed elbows but they are seeing big use now with the new spyders.. kingman has gone so cheap that on the centerfeeds is just a tube only big enough to fit paintballs not loaders. i think thats where he is coming from ummm...jpg do you have a ule custom or is this just a random question???

I can't remember what magazine it was, but they would post into forums and ask off the wall questions to see what kind a responce they would get, and then rate AO, Spyders owners group ect... the one I saw "Dayspring" answered his questions and go high marks. Something smells fishy.... :)

All you have to do is stick the loader straight into the neck; no elbow is used. If you want to upgrade it, get a clamping feedneck.

Ok well... now wait a minute... I once saw a SS high rise center feed that someone had cut the "bell" off to lower it and was using a simple straight "elbow" (if you will, more of a connector fitting) to attach the hopper lower than the high rise was before. I suspect there are more of these cut off ones out there than just that one so its possible you could use an elbow or a straight fitting on one of these. Its just a tube left is all. So lets not be so quick to judge what he has here.

If it is a cut off then there are several feed cups that just clamp on with allen screws for like Angels and such that would fit the bill.

I agree with Phil,

Poor kid is pobably thinking of the Vert .... hopper couplings ?? ... that were common on some of the spyders or clones... and just needed to know they are not needed on any stock vert feed automag bodies.... Hey we all have to learn somewhere and its better to ask than to guess...

UNLESS... He is looking to be a true gangsTA and turn his gat 90 degrees on its side and put it up over his head to be strait out the hood to put a cap in dat A** ... and just wants to keep his hopper upright for proper feeding ?

Note: I am a total white cracker redneck from ohio without an ounce of "urban" knowledge so forgive me for trying to be funny... and I aplogize for offending anyone...
