I have a 9 volt black rev. Would an x-board work on my rev and what does a x-board do???

The X-board takes the reaction time out of the rev. Before the would spin about a sec after it did not see a ball now it does it on the spot. It also spins faster.

Save your money and get a HALO. Those things are comparible to the warp. They had it mounted on a mag that had a hyperframe set at 16bps and not even one ball chop!

I agree with 2unreal. However, if you do not wish to spend that type of money on a hopper, the suitable solution would be to purchase a Turbo Rev board. The comparisson is plain to see in this link http://www.warpig.com/paintball/technical/loaders/lineup/index.shtml Whatever, you choose always research and buy what fits your needs and budget.

The x-board will convert your 9v Revvie into a 12 volter. I just put one in my formerly 9v Revvie a couple weeks ago. Works great!

How did you mount the two 9v batteries that are needed? The 9v revy provides for just 1 9v battery?

You are correct in saying that the 9v only has a space for one battery. But there is a small block that takes up the space for another battery. You can remove that block.
