The Hilton is about 15 minutes from my place, which is about an hour from Skirmish. The problem with staying closer to skirmish is simply that skirmish is in the middle of freaking no-where.

We'll probably be bar hopping on Friday night too, so be ready to pound birthday shots for Day!

Ok, our itinerary for the trip is as follows:

Friday night we roll into the city for some mirth and glee. (that's code words for drinking until we can't walk anymore, that way the kids won't be introduced to corrosive influences on the net).

Saturday will probably be a late start for most of us. Once we actually get up we plan to fo things in the area so as to be available for mayhem when he arrives. These are things like video arcades, bowling alleys, miniature golf, go-carts (if i can find them), and things of that nature. Once we acquire Mayhem we'll probably head up to dave and Busters, this time for real. (some of you will remembre our drive by that we did to D&B last time). If anyone birngs kids with them on saturday we may even be persuaded to roll out to Chuckie Cheese for the tikes. Where mango will smuggle in Smirnoff and play in the ball pit until he's arrested.

Sunday we need to be at the field by 8am. And then we play all day.

ok, so, as I understand it, no six flags, closed for some reason. guess this is my fault for being in the process of moving, and not being able to check things.

I like the idea of a yankee game. though I am a die hard boston fan, i would love the opportunity to see the yankees play a game at yankee stadium. I shall try to remember to leave my redsox hat at home.

more importantly. newt, i need your number. I am leaving friday afternoon, prolly between 12 and 1, putting me there anywhere between 4:30 and 5:30. when I roll into town, I would like to call you, rather than sit in your driveway, honking the horn at your house. :D

Saturday is the day of little events. I think we've basically moved away from a big Six Flags kind of event to a series of smaller ones. That way we can start our day later (for the people staggering home friday night) and we can really move at our own pace. We're looking at doing this Fun Plex (http://www.sngfunplex.com/) among other things.
