well the ash was trown away in a very public trash can so it can't be that bad. I really hope its not that bad.

if it was me, I'd wait, if you notice anything out of the ordinary... have it checked out.

good luck :)

is the redness of skin and burning worth getting checked out?

and what do they mean by refer todocter? just if it gets bad see a docter or see one immedietly? cause for getting it in the eye it clearly says see a docter.

ammonium BIchroate?...no such thing

NH4 (ammonium + ion) DIchromate (Cr2O7 with 3- ion)

(sophmore adv. chemistry....omg I CAN USE IT IN LIFE???)

EDIT...oh...i see they named it diferent... (stupid public schools...)

since ur in chemistry could you be able to tell how harmfull it is when cantact to skin?

RenagadeOfFunk
05-06-2004, 04:02 PM
...we don't really do that...

...we put them together, name them, idenify what kind of bonds, identify type of binding-decompostion...

...i would say get it checked...

BTW: can i have your pb stuff if you go verticle?

(if you die in other words)... :p

if it says redness and burning i think i can live with that. and its pretty minor. if anything else happens im going hospital.

It should be cool, its not poisonous at all if its just on your skin. Its a strong base, so if the redness or swelling increases, or if you notice anything unusual see a doctor. But pretty much they will just give you some lotion if you go and see him now.

i might go early tommorow. to the docter. just to be completely sure its cool. and so my face doesn't age 30x faster than it should.

See a Doctor Right Now!!!!!!!!!!

Any type of contact it says Get medical attention immediately.

I got some on my hand, it got transfered to my face. I'm not dead. its been close to 8.5 hours since contact.

The AO doctor is in the house. Er, I mean, umm... never mind.

/me clicks on link.... damn that stuff is dangerous.

How did you get that stuff ON YOUR FACE?! Why were you playing with it in the first place? It looks like you didn't get much of it on you, but you should still go see a doctor.

1) Good, your not dead yet.

2) Good, your not planning on dieing :p

3) It's America. Sue the lab/school.

Ok, not really. In fact, don't. That's a sure way to flunk for the rest of your life?

Teacher: Were the F*** is my 401k?
Administration Building: That kid painTech sued us. So we dipped into the 401k's. Oh well, who cares? We needed the $50 million.
Teacher::mad: I'll rip the f*****'s head off. Where the **** is he?:mad::mad:
Teacher 2: Just make sure everyone flunks him till he's done with HS. That will ruin his chances for college. Muwawawaha

:p

Edit: Get rid of your shoes???? In the same paragraph as your eyes? Do your shoes cover your eyes now??? Weird chemistry link.....

If you got that powder anywhere else, that could be very bad. Tell the chemistry teacher. That way if anyone gets cancer it can be blamed on him. You told him, he did nothing :D

Ok, no one will get cancer from this. Except you if you don't see a doctor.

Did you tell your TEACHER????? You could have at least seen the school nurse/infirmary.
