Ok I work at a oldies radio station, and today they played this older song and I had it stuck in my head all day and I came home and was gonna download it (legally) but now I can't remember the tune nor most the the lyrics.

All I can remember is in the chrous he/she says "You said you be coming back this way baby."

Yea I know its along shot, but hey AO has suprised me before.

Is that the one where it goes," Don't you remember you told me you love me baby"?

Just do a search on google for "lyrics don't +you remember +you told +me +you love +me baby" I had that same problem once, except mine was worse because you can't hear what AFI says until you read the lyrics, but even then they make no sense  but I searched for "AFI lyrics" (I found it from stickballmovies.com, and I emailed them asking what song it was, but they had forgotten, they just remembered it was an AFI song) and I found it, Of Greetings and Goobyes, The Art of Drowning, AFI. A couple weeks later I picked up the CD from Best Buy :)

By the way, who311 your were rite it is superstar. Here are the rest of the lyrics.

Long ago and oh so far away

I fell in love with you before the second show

Your guitar, it sounds so sweet and clear

But you're not really here

It's just the radio

(*) Don't you remember you told me you loved me baby

You said you'd be coming back this way again baby

Baby, baby, baby, baby, oh, baby, I love you I really do

Loneliness is a such a sad affair

And I can hardly wait to be with you again

What to say to make you come again

Come back to me again

And play your sad guitar

Repeat (*) twice

Lets see how good you guys are...
Here is a line from one of my favorite oldies...
Who sang?...
"I met her in a crowded bar room"
"One of those typical hollywood scenes"
"I was doing my very best Bogart"
"and having trouble getting into her jeans".

First person to get it right gets a free tune-up. :D  ;)
