i bought an evolve bolt kit, it either will pruessurize(sp) and not cycle, or else it will just leak everywhere, anyone have any ideas?

pressurize and not cycle = LPR pressure is too high

Leak = bad o-ring

2 Things.

This should be in the Tech forums.

What gun is the kit for? Shocker or Matrix

If it is the matrix, you put the barrel back in from your old bolt kit? Does the bolt stick forward? Where is the leaks coming from? Did you grease the hell out of it? Did you turn your LPR and inline reg. all the way out before you replaced the parts? If so turn the inline up a little and then run the LPR up. If the LPR is a little lowit leaks a little. If it is too high the bolt sticks forward. Is the gun new? If it is the LPR might be stuck. If it is you need to disassemble and make sure all the LPR internals move freely. The reg. seat in the LPR might be dirty, clean it. Other than that, I need more clarification.

Hope this helps.

Check the o rings on your top hat. make sure that everything is lubed up. Also make sure your inline and LPR pressure is set correctly. Turn LPR full in. With the ln line all the way out (no pressure) next, turn the inline pressure up. TO get to desired velocity, From then lower the LPR till it drops in velocity then turn it back in 1/2 turn. O rings are the only cause of leaks so check them VERY well. make sure everything it installed right. Remember you have to use the spacer from your stock bolt on it.for between the top hat and the bolt stop.
