There weren't any twistlock aluminum bodies.

You could get your twist lock barrels threaded to autococker threads. I remeber reading about in here on AO, cant remeber who was doing it though. He would cut off alittle then thread it. I would do a search to find it, but im lazy :D

Ya but he charges $25 a pop and takes off like an inch. Get a Doc Nickel adapter so you can still use them. At least I think its a mag to AC adapter. ;)

Why would he get a mag to cocker adapter, when he has a bunch of AM barrels?

To answer the question, I'm sorry, but you can't use your barrels with an aluminium body. I sold my barrels along with my old 68...Maybe you can sell all your barrels and get enough for a couple of nice cocker barrels. AM barrels are going pretty cheap though

Wait, I thought the doc nickels adapter made cocker threaded barrels able to be used on a twistlock? How exactly would that help him?

Joni, so he could use them with a ULE body....

And if you are being all picky, the correct way to say it might be a cocker to mag adapter. Either way, the Doc Nickel's one turns your twistlock barrels into cocker threaded barrels.

But that's where you are wrong. The adapter lets you use cocker barrels in twist lock bodies.

keep in mind you said you have a dye titanium, titanium is a very hard material to work with. its not as easy to cut a chunk off then rethread it, thats why they cost so much in the first place.

ok there is no aluminum twistlock bodies there never was.. secondly it is imposible to make a mag to cocker adapter cus the enormus whole in the barrel... having it threaded would be your only route and i dont know if that is a worthy one at that..y do you want an aluminum body any way..i would just stick with a no rise center or a standard center if the barrels you currently have mean that much to you...but thats just me i dont mind the look of the bodies so im happy.

I had my barrel re-threaded to cocker threads. It can be done easily, but you have to re-anno.

Guys you are missing it, He said titanum dye boomstick which means

A. It can't be re-threaded
B. It can't be annodized

Thats it, there is no way to do it. Would Nicad or Shartley or someone please back me up here.

Your best bet would be to get one of the no-rize center feed bodies.
