I need to buy an unactivated cell phone (kyocera SE47) for a reasonable price, because my contract wont let me upgrade for another 10 months, unless I want to pay like 300 for the phone. so the guy tells me to just go on the internet and find an unactivated one, then I can come in and activate it. or something like that. does anyone know the best place to get a new, unactivated kyocera se47?

Just search on ebay, some of the best deals on the net. Just be sure to read descritions carefully, and if it seems weary stay away. Check feedback to, and stay away from refurbished unless your willing to take the risk.
I got my digital camera off there refurbished and it broke. Hewlett Packard sent me a new one though (probably another refurbished one actually), they even sent it to me before I sent mine back in so I wasn't without a camera at all, and they paid for shipping both ways.

Just buy one that is "Unlocked" and make sure it comes w/battery and charger. If it's unlocked then you just take out your current SIM card and put it in the unlocked phone and it will work perfectly.

Take out the battery and you will see a small card in a small holder on ur phone.

thats what they did with mine...they just took out the sim card from my old fone and stuck it in my new one...took like 30 seconds for the guy to do and the fone worked just fine and i kept my number and phonebook with all my numbers in it
