After I dont shoot my e-mag for a few minuets I need to pull the triger twice before it will fire. The first time i pull the triger all I here is a click.

I also heve heard that the warp feed can be rigged to run off of the E-mags battery. Will the warp be able to take 18v or does it need to be stepped down? If yes to what voltage?

If you run the warp off the battery, you need it stepped down to 12v. The board won't take more than that. The motor, however, will take 18v.

I'm assuming it happens on a fairly charged battery, so if that's the case...Try lubing the on/off assembly and on/off pin. That usually does the trick for me in my xmag.
