I finally recieved it on Friday, the package I had been waiting for. Woohoo!!! I love the feel of it, light, compact and well balanced. I have yet to shoot it since my tank is empty (I haven't played in months :( ). I'd like to thank Ryan at Logic for building the thing and CPhilip on here for encouraging me to fight against the peer pressure I was recieving and for helping me make the right decision. Thanks to both of you. I can't wait to put some sense into those jerks who were taunting me for getting a "crappy mag". Muwahahaha... oh by the way, here's some pics:

Thanks to all of you on AO also. I'm really glad I made the decision I made. If it weren't for AO I'd be holding an impulse right now. This just feels so right...

Top angle? What do you mean? Whatever it is, I love the feel of it. The frame and everything else feel just right.

You are awsome at making snow sculptures. I have been making snowmen for a long time and nothing compares to that.

If you look at the top of the grip, by the trigger guard, a piece of the frame is at an angle, which i dont find very nice looking. Just my opinion though.

sweet! That is a nice mag.

Wait a minute. You have that gun and all that equipment and you haven't played in months? I think its time for an intervention here. Warbeak, I know you think you have more important things to do right now, but your completely wrong. Now get out there and play some paintball! Family, friends, whatever......that can all wait. They'll probably be there when you get back. You've got to play....now. Or send it to me and I'll play.

I'm glad we had this little talk.

You might want to consider putting a quick disconnect on the air line somewhere, so you can take the valve out without have everything connected.

Otherwise, nice!

yeah, i hope you find another loader though, although the q-loader feeds acceptionally (?) fast, it's mounting system sucks. I'd prob ditch that and go w/ a halo or Warp.

Nice gun and set up but does your drop need to be so far forward. As a front man i still dont like my drop to far forward, and yours is like whoa. JMO :)

I got the same response about the drop on the tippy forum. I like how it feels, end of story. I'm a frontman too. I love the feel of long/low drops. That's all that matters, how it feels to me.

Nope, don't want a warp or a HALO. I like my Qloader and how it mounts. I made the mounting bracket myself.

I did not make the snow sculpture lol. It was an e-mail joke I recieved.

I've been waiting for this gun for about 1.25 months. That's why I haven't been playing. I haven't had a gun for about 4 months. I had to sell my disgustingly upgraded 98 to get this. I put about $800 into the tippy and got about $400 for it lol.

I think I will put a qd on.

Thanks all. I have to gas this thing up soon or I'm gonna blow!

Looking good. I agree with Day, it really would be better for repair purposes to add a QD. I used to like drops big and long then I found a smaller one and loved it, but like you say, you love the long/low feel, and thats all that matters. Glad you joined the fold, enjoy your new baby.

Keep us posted on how your first outing with it goes:D

Thanks. I definately will pick up a QD set.

Why did you make the mount bracket yourself??? The company that makes the Q sells them on their site. Just thought i would point that out.

They didn't at the time I got it. Oh well. I might buy one in the future but I'm satisfied with mine for now.

the drop might feel good to you.. But thats only because you probablly havn't tried anything else :p

Either way though nice gat.. I'm not a fan of the frames either.. But that thing is dead sexy

I actually have tried other things. I've tried small/stubby drops, medium sized drops and unimount/rail type setups. I hated the uni/rail types, disliked the small/stubby drops and sort of liked the medium sized drops. The big ones just feel better than anything I've ever tried.
